Great buying experience. Been looking for a Transalp for months, calling dealerships in central NC, but couldn't find one in stock anywhere. Team Powersports (Garner) was the only dealership I spoke with who offered to find one for me .... and did! Caleb and Sara were fantastic and answered all my questions, even texting with me when I had follow-up questions. I've had all manner of motorcycles maintained by service departments for well over 45 years. I have never worked with a better person in a service department than Isiah. We had a Can-Am Spyder RT in for recall work. Getting the necessary part from Can-Am took more time than expected, but Isiah kept on top of that process far better than I could have expected. He would call with timely updates and kept me in the loop with any update he'd get on the process. A big downside of our moving to Colorado is not having Garner Powersports near enough to continue maintaining on our motorcycles.

I highly recommend Team Powersports in Garner! When no one else could locate a Honda Pioneer, Sarah was able to tell me when she was expecting to receive one. She told me it was expected to be ready in July but I received a text from Meredith in early May advising me that my Pioneer was ready! At the dealership, Meredith took care of me and made sure that purchasing my Pioneer was a pleasant experience.

I had a great experience from start to finish. Will sold me my 2021 Ryker Can-Am and he was great! Chris was awesome and took the time to get to know a little about me while I was hanging out, and the "Real Boss in charge" Cathy is freaking amazing! The only thing I would say other than that, is I would have thought they might detail my ride for me. But, wouldnt have mattered because it was raining when I picked up my Ryker anyway. Picked up my two Seadoo Jet Skis on 05/28/21. Will in sales was great to work with and provided a great overview of the machines. I have the best experience buying bikes from Team Powersports at Garner, having bought three here so far. I'll travel as far as Winston-Salem when I shop for a motorcycle. No other sales staff has put me at complete ease as the staff in Garner. In making my current purchase, I only had a general idea of the type of motorcycle that I needed for interstate touring. With their extensive knowledge of motorcycles, Dylan and Sarah took a good deal of time, over the span of days, in helping me to arrive at a clear definition of the bike that best suits my riding needs. We arrived at a motorcycle that checked every requirement box that I wanted & needed. When I went forward and worked with Chris on buying the bike, he crunched the numbers and arrived at a price. Considering other factors, Chris crunched those numbers again. He came up with an out the door price that I was so satisfied with that I didn't even consider talking another dealerships. This deal was "done and done!"

We had such a good experience with Elias last summer when my son bought a bike we cane all the way from Pittsburgh to buy my husband a new bike. Our salesman both times was Elias but everyone here was great and super nice. Next time we need a new bike we will drive the 10 1/2 hours to deal with our salesman Elias and his great dealetship! I purchased an ATV from TPS. The overall experience was excellent. I worked with Dan Deaton and he was very accommodating and easy to work with.

This one of my favorite places to go drool at bikes, new and used. I've also done quite a bit of business with Team Powersports of Garner. I've bought, new and used. I've traded, and I've sold to them. Every time, I've always felt that I've gotten a very fair deal. I'm always greeted with a smile. Never any pressure, whether it was bikes, service or gear. My latest purchase was a used Kawasaki Z900RS that was like new. I was helped, beginning to end, by Dan Deaton. Dan's a friendly guy with a wealth of knowledge. Me, being the ever indecisive biker, got there and promptly looked at a completely different bike than the one I had been talking with him about. Unfazed, Dan told me about the MT-07 I started looking at. I ended up going with the Kawasaki, but never felt any pressure either way. While my paperwork was being drawn up, Dan hung around and we talked motorcycles. Very enjoyable experience, beginning to end. Recently purchased a 2016 grizzly 700 SE from DAKOTA at TPS in Garner! They were beyond helpful and extremely easy to deal with. I shopped all over North Carolina for the best price on my trade ('13 Raptor 700R SE) and for the best deal on the new unit. These guys beat anyone else in NC significantly. Donald the sales manager was awesome to deal with, Cathy the finance manager is amazing and DAKOTA was straight forward and honest the whole time. I actually walked out feeling like I had gotten a good deal. DAKOTA gave me his personal cell phone number and I have been able to text him anytime with any questions. First class establishment. If you don't buy from TPS GARNER you will pay too much. You would also be doing yourself a disservice by not asking for DAKOTA!

I was looking for a Honda ST1300, and I had bad experiences at two other dealers. One dealer further north had one I wanted, but it needed servicing before they could sell it. I left my name and contact info and told them I wanted the bike. They said they would call, but didn't. After a week, I went there, and they were selling the bike to someone else when I walked in. The other dealer in Winston Salem had one, but the sales people were not interested in talking to anyone. They were too busy talking to each other, so I got aggravated and walked out without ever talking to a salesman. On the way back home, I stopped at Team Power Sports in Garner just to see what they had, since they didn't have one listed on their website. I was greeted at the front door by Donald Butcher. I told him my story as I had just driven in from Winston Salem with my old bike on a trailer. They had just gotten an ST1300 in and serviced it, and he brought it around from the back. I asked what kind of deal he could offer me, and was so surprised at what he came back with, I took the deal right then and took the ST1300 home. I've had a lot of bikes, but this ST1300 is by far the best all around bike I have ever had. I am very happy with the purchase. I got a much better deal than the other dealers were offering. I would like to thank Donald Butcher for an easy buying experience and a great deal.

I work in healthcare, a field where everyone expects excellence in clinical care. It then becomes the "customer service" that makes your experience truly stand out. This has been the case with TPS-Garner. I have been researching used-bikes for several weeks, scanning You-Tube videos of various reviews, re-reading old books, MSF materials etc as it has been 15yrs since I have last ridden a bike.I then started visiting various shops from Raleigh eastwards including Greenville and south. Some shops seemingly wanted to move a specific bike and had disregard for the customer. Others allowed me to walk in a store, walk around, sit on bikes and not once approach me to see if I had any questions. There simply was no customer service which I suppose is better than bad customer service.... Either way, I didn't feel valued as a (potential) customer and walked out. Then I visited TPS-Garner. I reviewed the many options of used bikes in inventory against the web-listing I had been researching. On site I looked over the bikes and pricing. Nobody interrupted me until I went inside and was met with a polite "hello, anything I can help you with?" I enjoyed my conversation with Don (Sales manager) and our price negotiation. Then I left. Roughly two weeks later I returned after one or two phone calls and some text msgs. We finalized the deal....but here is where the customer service really shined.The day prior Lee was texting me and we essentially had the deal complete. He made things happen. Lee coordinated the paperwork logistics between insurance agent and finance office. Meanwhile he walked me through some additional details about the bike and then helped load it in the trailer to take home. Simply put, he made things happen and I appreciated that. Apparel sales staff were also kind and helpful (though inventory was weak in my size). Buying a car can be painful between the negotiations and running back and forth with mgmt. and salesperson. You won't have that experience at TPS. When you have a good sales experience from a team that is motivated and passionate about what they do, the customer will return time and again. I will be making the 90 minute ride to TPS for my future riding needs. Stop in for a visit and walk out a happy customer.

I just bought a new Can-Am Outlander 570 from Team Powersports in Garner. Could not be more pleased with the bike and purchase process. The staff was very helpful, and my salesman Dakota was very knowledgeable about the products. Although I live in Greensboro it was well worth the short drive. The sales staff are very Knowledgeable and Eager to help answer questions and even make suggestions. I would recommend Team Powersports to everyone. With a large inventory of new and used motorcycles, four wheelers, off road equipment, water craft, and friendly helpful staff what else does one need. When I needed a helmet you even let me go for a ride to get the feel of them. When I bought the 2003 Yamaha V-Star 650 the overall experience was totally comfortable. Once, service referred to my Hyosung 250 as an "off brand". :-( Then when I walked my older Yamaha V-Star into the parking lot needing a jump-start one morning, Sarah helped without hesitation. I've not ridden dirt bikes for years and now I'm getting back into motocross with my sons. I needed someone to service my bikes and was referred to Mike Hedley by a mutual friend. I brought my motorcycle in for service and was pleasantly surprised with a wonderful experience. Mike's knowledge of motorcycles is incredible and is passionate about his job. I was extremely impressed with the manner in which he desribed in detail, the work he did on my bike. He also took the time to answer many questions I had about operating and maintaining my bike. I will definitely be a repeat customer to Team Powersports.

Phenomenal place. Purchase was smooth sailing with patience and helpful advice from my salesman and when the bike (being my first sportbike) turned out to be too much animal to drive off the lot, they found someone to trailer it to my house in Cary free of charge. I came from two other shops to Team-Powersports looking a part for my 1976 Honda that no-one seemed to have, Well by the time I arrived at Team-Powersports I had already came to the conclusion that you guys were not going to give me much help either. When I came to the counter, Thomas keeter greeted me, and went straight to work finding my part. We were not able to find the factory part I was looking for but Thomas was able to find an Aftermarket part that would work. He was VERY professional, and will get all my business from here on.

Mason and his team installed driving lights, a smart brake light, and an auxiliary horn in my Super Tenere. Did an outstanding job, everything works including a data-dim module allowing the led driving lights to run at 40% power at low beam and 100% on high beam. Wire routings invisible- Im very pleased.
